Finally ask yourself: “Am I living my life according to my values and priorities?”

If you answer “no”, you need to work out what you are going to do to make sure you are living congruently?

Really take the time and think about this!

Personal Development and growth is not something that is going to occur overnight, so don’t expect that. Actually, others will notice changes in you before you even know that they have occurred.
